The professors,Doctor Of Engineering, who composed this R & D team, has introduced the laser soldering robot, iron soldering robot and scara soldering robot respectively, to work out full automatic soldering solutions for customers. Among them, the laser soldering robot,which holds more patent, has filled the domestic blank and wined the "2011-2012 SMT innovation achievement award of china".
